‘Macedonia – Recipes from the Balkans’ is a compilation of the most classic and celebrated Macedonian dishes by classically trained Cordon Bleu chef Katerina Nitsou. The book contains 105 recipes and corresponding photos. The book’s chapters include MEZE – Starters, SALATA – Salads, SUPA – Soups, MESO – Meat, ZHIVINA – Poultry, RIBA – Fish, ZELENCHUK – Vegetables and Sides, LEB – Breads, SLATKO – Sweets,  ZIMNICA- Preserves.
